Enamel Butter Dish
With our nostalgic enamel butter dish you can create a special ambience in your home. Whether on the breakfast table or as a decoration in your country house kitchen - it is a real eye-catcher.
The decorative butter dish was carefully made from strong sheet steel. The original enamel coating is produced using a process that has been used for centuries. During this manufacturing process, the small air bubbles and flaking appear in the enamel coating - both essential key features of enamel products. The enamelling process of melting powder glass onto metal at around 800 degrees was first used in the 18th century.
The butter dish with black print is classically provided with the fine, black line on the edges that is typical of enamel.
